Pilates for Back Care focuses on the key principles of pilates to eliminate back pain. Therapy exercise is used to mobilise your spine to avoid the return of back pain.

Even if you currently do not have back pain, knowing how to align yourself correctly in exercise will reduce the risk of back pain ever happening.

When you become a member you can book your first 30 minute 1-2-1 with me, Laura, to establish your alignment and initial fitness for health goals. This is all part of your membership and comes at no extra cost.
