In line with Government Policy form 20th March 2020 ALL 50’s Fitness Ways classes will be respecting both social distancing and self-isolation policies by not hosting classes in the community.
Exercise is an important tool in the management of both physical and mental health. With this in mind, I believe it is vital that I continue to deliver my classes online, via Zoom video link. Anyone wishing to join us during this time, you are most welcome.
